Just found some more paperwork the other day.
Turns out my Dad's grandmother was not Sarah Lockhart, but Sarah Rose. And, if I hadn't said this already, John Buckley, my Dad's grandfather, was born in Spain. These two pieces of information come from my grandmother's birth certificate.
